Part Time Assistant

What is this opportunity? We are currently seeking an Assistant for our team. You will perform daily administrative functions in a punctual, professional manner while providing the highest quality client service. In this role, you will be part of a successful full-service brokerage team offering customized real estate solutions to high net worth clients.

What will you do?

• Perform daily administrative functions in a punctual, professional manner while providing the highest quality serviceInvestigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts and refer to the team lead where appropriate
• Follow-up on client trades to ensure closings and satisfaction of service
• Monitor all pending deals transfers to ensure completion on a timely basis
• Ensure clients’ accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation
• Assist in preparing mailings such as seminars, newsletters, and information packages
• Assist the Investment Advisor in preparing for client meetings & client appreciation even

What you need to succeed?

• Knows Excel, Word, Email system, PDF, Power point, and data entry 
• License Sales Representatives is preferred 
• Bilingual or multi language knowledge is preferred

License Sales Representatives

Salary: Guaranteed a min $40,000 in commission or we will pay the difference (Team lead is offering 10% on all team lead deals commissions to licensed agent. Number of deals last year 80 deals).

We are currently seeking an experienced licensed Realtor for our team.  You will perform daily farming functions, door knocking, cold calling in professional manner while providing the highest quality customer service. In this role, you will also be part of a successful full-service brokerage team offering customized real estate solutions to high net worth clients.

What will you do?

• Be a buyer agent for the team and show all properties to potential buyers
• Do door knocking in all areas where a listing in obtained
• Preform open houses
• Join listing presentation with team lead
• Join buyer presentation with team lead
• Back up other team members when needed in showings
• Join Seminars, networking meetings, galas, and other events with team lead 

What you need to succeed?

• Full time dedicated realtors only
• Knows Excel, Word, Email system, PDF, Power point, and data entry inside out is a must
• License Sales Representatives is a must
